Student Worker to Nasdaq Nordic Listings Team

Stockholm - Zenit Part time

Start your career at the heart of the Nordic capital markets. As a Student Worker in Nasdaq Nordic Listings (Stockholm), you’ll join a close-knit team that works where listed companies, investors, and advisers meet. You’ll help keep our listings data and client information accurate and up to date, support our go-to-market materials, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how we work.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Nordics and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Surveillance, Marketing, Finance, and Sales. The role gives you hands-on experience in process-driven work, with plenty of room to learn, take ownership, and make an impact through structure, quality, and curiosity.

You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day operational flow by monitoring shared inboxes and coordinating incoming requests
  • Support listings operations by maintaining high-quality client and market data, managing content updates, and publishing key information to our website
  • Develop and update materials such as presentations, event specific content, contact lists, and visuals (e.g., tower images)
  • Help drive initiatives and project like CRM automation to improve our processes and ways of working
  • Coordinate and support listing-related activities together with Marketing (e.g., aligning information and content around listing ceremonies)

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying at university in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (expected graduation 2027–2029)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Curiosity about capital markets — and an interest in how data, processes, and customer experience come together
  • Strong skills in the M365 Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint - you will use them a lot
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented — you enjoy bringing order to complex information
  • A collaborative approach and comfort working with multiple partners and shifting priorities

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience and demonstrated results in sales
  • Interest or experience in process improvements and automation, data analysis, and development of high-quality presentation materials

This is a part-time position based at our office in central Stockholm, Sweden. We expect you to work at least two days per week, with the possibility to work more during the summer. As the process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
