Job Description

We are currently looking for a student worker to support our team during the Technology Integration Partner (TIP) Partner Audit. This short-term assignment will run during Q1–Q2 and plays an important role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our partner data.
 

As part of the TIP audit process, we will be reaching out to our network of partners in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) to validate and update key information related to their organization, technical solutions, and contact details.
 

While many partners will be contacted through automated email campaigns, some partners require direct phone contact due to missing contact information or communication preferences. In this role, you will support the TIP team by conducting structured phone outreach and documenting the collected information.
 

This role offers a great opportunity to gain insight into partner ecosystems, data management, and communication within an international technology company.
 

What You’ll Do

As a Student Worker supporting the TIP Partner Audit, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contacting selected TIP partners by phone to support the ongoing audit process
• Updating and validating partner information in Salesforce
• Supporting updates to the Partner Finder tool ahead of its upcoming launch
• Gathering and validating information about technical integrations and Prisma solutions
• Collecting relevant business data from partners
• Documenting all information accurately following the established audit process
   

The outreach will mainly target:

• Priority and active partners identified by the TIP team
• Partners without mailable contacts or active MyAxis accounts
• Partners who prefer phone communication over email
   

Who Are You?

A hard requirement for the setup to work is that you are a student and can confirm this with a certificate - preferably within IT, engineering, business, or a related field.
 

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable communicating with professionals and structured in documenting information.

We also believe you have:

• An interest in technology and IT solutions, allowing you to understand Axis technologies and integrations at a high level
• Strong communication skills, particularly in verbal communication
• Professional English language skills (spoken and written)
• Good documentation and administrative skills
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently

Additional Information

This is a short-term student worker assignment supporting the TIP Partner Audit project, which we estimate will be done sometime in the end of May. Working at Axis always mean a very good opportunity to find prolonged assignments across the wider Axis team.
