The Role

Genmab is looking for a warm-hearted, proactive, and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our dedicated HR Operations team in Denmark! You will be part of a supportive team of four HR Operations colleagues — including another Student Worker — who work closely together to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience across the DK Site. In this role, you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle and help provide the caring, reliable HR support that our employees count on. You will help maintain our HR systems, ensure accurate documentation, and help create an environment where employees feel welcomed, supported, and heard, ultimately playing a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and people-centered HR Operations. We expect a workload of approximately 15–20 hours per week, arranged flexibly so you can balance your work with your studies.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting workforce administration processes and handling data entry in Workday, our HR system, and other HR tools.

  • Managing incoming HR requests through our ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system with professionalism, care, and a service mindset.

  • Maintaining, updating, and organizing personnel files with strong attention to detail.

  • Assisting in the hiring process, including pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding, helping ensure each employee has a smooth and positive journey.

  • Supporting internal and external reporting, including diving into Excel when needed.

  • Contributing ideas to optimize processes, improve ways of working, and enhance our use of HR technology.

  • Providing support for onsite events and being a friendly, approachable representative of HR in day-to-day interactions.

  • Assisting with maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook.

  • Handling ad hoc tasks based on your strengths, interests, and development goals.

Requirements
 

  • Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and navigating different systems.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative while also supporting the team.

  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership and quality.

  • Curious, eager to learn, and willing to jump into both big and small tasks, including hands-on administrative work.

  • Service-minded, warm, and reliable when meeting deadlines.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
