Student Worker Finance

GEA’s NPE division covers four business units, and you will become part of the Project & Production Excellence Finance team in Søborg, supporting the divisional operations.

Within NPE Finance, we are responsible for consolidating all financial figures and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis across the division. We also take the lead on the divisional budget and forecast processes. In addition, we develop and maintain divisional tools that support project steering and enable efficient performance management.

As a Student Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting and further developing our Project Approval Database (PADB), working closely with both the Finance team and users across GEA.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide user support to GEA employees working with the Project Approval Database (PADB)

  • Train and educate users in how to work efficiently with PADB

  • Support the development and implementation of new PADB features

  • Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks related to PADB

Your Profile / Qualifications

You have completed at least your second year of a Bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a university programme, ideally with at least two years of studies remaining.

You have a solid understanding of basic finance principles and Excel, and you are someone who:

  • takes initiative and works proactively

  • is pragmatic, structured, detail-oriented and solution-oriented

  • enjoys learning and is curious by nature

  • communicates clearly and confidently

  • is fluent in English, our corporate language
