The Student Analyst, Transformation Management Office, support an enterprise-wide transformation program by coordinating project activities, supporting stakeholder engagement, and helping ensure key deliverables are completed on time. This program is transforming the investment management lifecycle at OMERS through the implementation of a new investment platform. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, internal partners, and external vendors.
Support planning and prioritization across the program portfolio to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and within scope
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and timely communication
Track and manage deliverables from external vendors against approved plans
Prepare materials for senior stakeholders including steering committees, executive updates, and program-wide status updates
Support development of key program deliverables such as governance models, benefits frameworks, status reports, and other ad hoc deliverables
Assist with developing and maintaining program governance documents throughout all program phases
Prepare for and support internal stand-ups and working sessions, capturing next steps, risks, and roadblocks
Support the management of the program RAIDQ logs and support communication of risks, issues, decisions, and related mitigation activities

The expected salary range for this position is $44,850.00 - $56,550.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
