SUMMARY:
The role supports the daily operations of the Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Bursar offices. This student-facing role is integral to delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate service to prospective and current students. The role provides clerical and operational support while ensuring a seamless student experience across multiple service areas. The position also contributes to broader academic affairs and enrollment initiatives, assisting in efforts to engage internal employees interested in pursuing healthcare careers through the College. Additionally, the Coordinator partners with the Vice President to strengthen K–12 and community school partnerships and works closely with the other internal leaders to support planning and logistics for all entity-sponsored events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admissions & Recruitment Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to admissions, program offerings, and enrollment steps.
- Communicate with applicants regarding missing documents when requested.
- Contribute to outreach efforts to prospective students via phone, email, text, and event support.
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, open houses, and campus tours.
Registrar & Academic Records Support - Assist with student registration, transcript requests, and schedule adjustments.
- Support maintenance and data entry of student records and course schedules in the Student Information System (SIS).
- Communicate with students and faculty regarding deadlines, grade submissions, and enrollment verifications.
- Support attestation & graduation audits and documentation processes in coordination with the Registrar.
Financial Aid Support - Respond to financial aid application steps, deadlines, and required documentation inquiries.
- Communicate with students regarding award letters, verification requests, and missing items.
- Provide general support for outreach related to scholarships and funding opportunities.
Student Accounts & Bursar Support - Collect and log student payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Assist with outreach to students with outstanding balances or payment plan questions.
- Support coordination with collection agencies and reporting on past due accounts.
Outreach & Engagement Support - Collaborate with the Academic Affairs Office to support RRH employees exploring healthcare education pathways through the College.
- Assist in coordinating career exploration events, information sessions, and communications targeted to internal RRH audiences.
- Partner with the President/Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management to support K–12 pipeline initiatives and school partnerships.
- Partner with the Student Engagement and Events Manager on logistics and support for student life, engagement, and institutional events at the College and across RRH.
Office & Front Desk Operations - Ensure a professional and welcoming one stop center & front desk environment.
- Maintain office supply inventory, place orders by procedures, and support marketing or print materials distribution.
- Monitor shared email inboxes and phone systems for timely responses.
- Support coordination of cross-functional student events and calendar management.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes for internal team or committee meetings, and distribute summaries as directed.
- Provide clerical support, including copying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and student appointments.
- Support distributing and posting internal communications, flyers, and notices around campus.
Event Logistics & Operational Coordination - Collaborate with the Student Engagement and Events Manager to coordinate logistics for campus events (e.g., student welcome events, orientation, open houses), including space requests, supply prep, and communication to attendees.
- Support event setup, registration materials, directional signage, and post-event cleanup in collaboration with operations staff.
Safety, Security & Facilities Communication - Serve as a point of contact for reporting minor building or student-facing facility concerns to the Director of Academic Operations.
- Support communication efforts related to safety drills, ID badge distribution, or access control as part of the student onboarding process.
Operational Records & Compliance Support - Assist in collecting or organizing documentation required for student services sections of accreditation visits or regulatory audits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree required.

- Familiarity with FERPA and other higher education compliance requirements.
- Customer service experience in a student-centered or healthcare education setting.

PAY RANGE:
$60,500.00 - $70,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
