Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Student Product Manager Intern – Israel
Start Date: September 7th
Duration: 12 months
Days per week: 3-4

*Please note that this role requires 1 year remaining until graduation (spring 2027 grads). Start date for this intern role is September 2026.

At Salesforce, our Product organization exists to make customers successful — and has since Day 1. We obsess over user needs, validate ideas with data and research, and partner closely with engineering, UX, design, and customer success to ship products that matter. Our B2B focus means we're solving complex, high-stakes problems at global scale — and we're looking for people who want to be part of that.

This is a 1-year internship at 60%-80% — structured to fit alongside your studies while giving you real, meaningful product experience.

We're looking for curious, driven students to join our Israel team as Associate Product Manager Interns. This isn't a coffee-and-slides internship. You'll be embedded in a real product team, working on real problems, alongside experienced PMs who are genuinely invested in your growth.

What you'll do:

  • Understand customer problems — talk to users, dig into their needs, and turn what you learn into product requirements

  • Work alongside engineers and designers to scope, define, and move a feature from idea to solution.

  • Communicate clearly with your team — write requirements, share updates, and help stakeholders understand what you're building and why.

  • Support planning and help define milestones for a well-scoped feature or project, with guidance from your manager

  • Research the market and study competitors to help inform product decisions

  • Explore how AI can enhance the product experience and support your team's work

  • Go to market initiatives: Working with Product Marketing, training enablements, tech writers and product analytics to drive product adoption.

About the program:
Salesforce's Futureforce internship program is built around one idea: that interns do better work when they're treated like real members of the team. You'll have a mentor, a meaningful project, and access to a global network of product people. Our Israel R&D center is one of the most active in the company — you'll be working locally while contributing to products used worldwide.

What we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management or related field.

  • Must have 2 semesters remaining (Spring 2027 graduation)

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English

  • Someone who asks good questions, follows through, and doesn't wait to be told what to do

  • Strong analytical and communication skills — you can break down a complex problem and explain it clearly

  • Genuine curiosity about products and how people use technology

  • Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and curiosity about how they can be applied in a product development context

  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment to refine them for product and business needs

  • Eagerness to explore how AI can support product work — from drafting specs and summarizing research to generating user stories

Nice to have:

  • Any hands-on experience with product, design, or software development.

If you're ready to do real work and grow fast, we'd love to meet you.
