Student, Digital Transformation Coordinator (Summer 2026)

Job Description:

The Digital Transformation Coordinator will participate as a member of the Global Transformation and Value Realization Enablement (GTVRE) Team.  Key activities will align to our vision of: Clients at the center, Being digital at heart and working faster together.
 

What’s the purpose of the Global Transformation and Value Realization Enablement team?

The GTVRE is a team of shared resources that provides coaching, leadership, best practices, governance, communication, research, support and/or training for the Digital Community, globally.

What will you do?

As a member of the Operations and Digital Enterprise Enablement Tools team, within the GTVRE, tasks are aligned to promoting awareness of digital ways of working through:

• Reporting & metrics – weekly, monthly & quarterly

• Technology – a variety of tools are used to capture knowledge & share information

• Agile Learning journeys

• Communicating updates, news, success stories to promote awareness of all things Digital

• General admin tasks including mailbox queries and management of distribution lists to aid in effective, targeted communications

• Active participation in Operational and GTVRE meetings to prioritize, plan and deliver on Objectives and Key Results

• Working knowledge and experience with tools & technology which may include MS Teams, Confluence, JIRA, Planview, SharePoint, Confluence, Workplace, MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, Tableau and more

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
