Supporting Sun Life Canada’s Corporate Communication team, you’ll flex your creative, analytical and problem-solving skills while collaborating with others from across the business. What will you do

  • Support internal/external communications by drafting and creating visual content, articles, emails, social media posts and other collateral for distribution to various audiences through multiple channels
  • Logistics and administrative support for large internal events including town halls
  • Review and set up emails for distribution to broad audiences
  • Write, edit, and create graphics for messages
  • Conduct research for briefing documents and communication plans
  • Track metrics and look for trends in data
  • Help coordinate publishing of internal messages (manage approvals, translation, scheduling, and tracking)

What you need to succeed

  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience creating visual and engaging content. Previous experience using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with knowledge of project management
  • Passion for research, problem solving, and analyzing data
  • Experience developing new ideas and recommending creative solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
  • Working towards a Post-secondary education in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Businesses and/or relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of French considered an asset but not required.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
