Student Club & Activity :
• Review all student club activities, especially field inspection
• Implement student activities based on the needs of students
• Provide the field inspection report to Student Club & Activity Section Head
• Provide summary of the monitoring report of student club activities
• Assist in evaluating the student club and activity program
• Provide monitoring plan for the student club and activity program
• Assist in ensuring the realization of good organization governance in student club especially for the participation and regulation compliance pillar
• Assist in ensuring the realization of good organization governance in student program especially for the effectiveness and efficiency pillar
• Review student club proposal and final report for student club activities
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating the student program activities
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
Special Skill :
• Extracurricular program development
• Mentor or guide extracurricular activities
