As a Student – Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth execution of daily operations by supporting claims technicians and analysts with various essential administrative tasks.

As a Student – Claims Administrator, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Scanning and indexing received documents;
Performing various administrative follow-ups (emails, incomplete requests, simple follow-ups by phone or email);
Supporting claims technicians and analysts in their daily tasks by applying established procedures and reporting any anomalies or issues;
Assisting with the management and prioritization of requests in shared email inboxes;
Collaborating with the team to meet processing timelines.
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently a college or university student in a relevant field;
Is available to work 15 to 20 hours per week during academic sessions (daytime, Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and full-time during the summer;
Is recognized for strong organizational skills, the ability to manage priorities, as well as teamwork and the ability to ask for help when needed;
Stands out for their attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy;
Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to communicate by phone and in writing with unilingual English-speaking third parties on a daily basis.
