Student Assistent - Institutional Pricing

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Institutional organization. This position is ideal for students pursuing a career in International Business, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

In this role, you will support the accuracy and efficiency of our commercial and pricing processes and their execution.

What you will do

As a Student Assistant in Institutional Pricing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support month-end closing tasks (e.g., updating Excel files, checking data, preparing reports)
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Institutional Pricing Lead.
  • Support Institutional Pricing in various projects and ad hoc tasks, primarily through data preparation, analysis, and follow-up
  • Perform basic data analysis and create data visualizations (e.g., Excel charts, simple dashboards) to support pricing decisions.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, documentation, and planning material for internal meetings.
  • Follow up on actions, owners, and deadlines across the team to ensure progress.

About you

You are structured, reliable, and enjoy supporting others. You like working with documentation, data, processes, and coordination.

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or have recently started a master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related business field.
  • You have solid skills in Microsoft Excel
  • You have experience creating charts and simple visualizations in Excel. Experience with tools such as Power BI or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • We expect you to work between 15-20 hours a week with flexibility around exams and project periods.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

Beyond your academic background, we are looking for someone who contributes positively to the working environment. You are motivated, curious and ask questions when you encounter a challenge. You are structured and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality.

Please note that you must hold a valid permit allowing you to work in Denmark.
