Are you interested in enabling others to do their best work, by helping them learn, grow, and use the best knowledge resources available?
In this position, you will be joining the Learning & Knowledge Organization team. We are part of Product Development Excellence, which provides support for SimCorp’s Product Development (PD) and R&D organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
We are currently developing our knowledge management practices to provide a system for capturing, sharing, finding, and reusing what we know, to enable better decision-making, and create the conditions for learning, collaboration, and innovation. In this position, you will be:
Part of the team developing and implementing the knowledge management framework, focusing on mapping and operationalizing the people, process, technology, and governance components of different knowledge flows.
Supporting content owners within PD in maintaining reliable information, as well as designing and implementing SharePoint sites and pages to support different teams.
Analysing data and preparing it for use in the organization, focusing on organizational capabilities evaluations, SharePoint utilization, and other learning focus areas.
Drafting guidelines, templates, and articles for using knowledge sharing tools and artifacts, such as document libraries, wikis, and their related taxonomies.
Assisting Community of Practice leaders with the administration of events and other initiatives.
Investigating possible improvements to our content management, such as automations in Microsoft Flows.
WHAT WE VALUE
You are starting your master studies in business administration, social sciences, or computer science, possibly with an emphasis on communication studies or organizational behaviour.
You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an emphasis of design for different stakeholders.
You have a structured approach to work – both when working independently and as an effective part of a team.
You have an interest in organizational design and cross organizational collaboration.
You are a quick learner, comfortable with getting to grips with new tools and helping others identify potential use cases.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for preparing learning & operational material. Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage, training will be provided.
