What We Are Looking For

• Current student at a relevant Danish institution (BA/BS/MA//MSc/PBA, etc.)
• Passion and interest for the area of business and operational resilience, security risk, emergency/crisis management
• Desire and openness to learn new skills with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Good communications skills, i.e., verbal and written
• Fluent in English both written and verbal; Danish is a plus
• Previous experience in a business environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments, business impact analysis, etc.
• Assist development of incident preparedness plans: security incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery
• Support tabletop/exercise preparation – training design and execution (scenario design, injects, etc.)
• Support internal communications for our Danish site  
• Independent ad-hoc tasks from the Department

Preferred skills/experience

• Comfortable conducting interviews and translating narratives into clear process maps
• Presentation, writing, and structuring skills
• Familiarity with ISO 22301/27001 concepts or security risk/BCM is a plus
• Understanding of operations/supply chain/quality flows; pharma/GxP exposure a plus

Your New Department 
 The Facility management team manages essential services and operations that ensure seamless daily functionalities of our site and support significant expansion projects. Meanwhile, the Security & Business Continuity team is entrusted with maintaining on-site security, overseeing Business Continuity Management, and addressing a variety of crucial security-related responsibilities. Together, we ensure the safety, efficiency, and continuous growth of our operations. 
 Although the department is comprised of two distinct teams, there is exceptional camaraderie and collaboration across the Facilities and Security teams. Despite the department's commitment to diligent and focused work, there is always time for friendly conversations and shared laughter, fostering a positive and enjoyable working environment.
