Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Student Assistant for our Financial Planning & Reporting team. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience working with financial reporting, performance follow‑up, and analytical insights, where a large share of the work is driven by analytical projects and business questions in an international company. You will be part of a competent and collaborative finance team and receive thorough training, ensuring strong professional and personal development.

Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Odense, where you will join a team of skilled colleagues with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will report directly to the manager of Financial Planning & Reporting, Niclas Græns.

Key responsibilities

• Support with preparation and analyze financial reports and performance follow‑ups for management

• Support development and improvement of management reporting and dashboards in Excel and Power BI

• Perform analytical reviews of actual versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and insights

• Perform various ad hoc analyses and reporting projects based on identified trends and business questions

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years remaining of your studies within economics, finance, business administration, or similar.

• A structured and detail‑oriented mindset

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing

Weekly working hours are minimum 15 hours, with flexibility in exam and vacation periods. Please submit your CV, cover letter, and current grade transcript as part of your application.
