Join our newly established Transformation Business Team in Denmark as a Student Assistant. You’ll support cross-functional projects, help standardize and improve ways of working, and contribute to sitewide transformation through the execution of the sites’ most important strategic ambitions working alongside and learnings from a unique mix of industry experts, Operational Excellence (Opex) specialists, and former management consultants.

Your responsibilities You will support the PMO & Operational Excellence team with:
Portfolio and project support: assist and drive project activities and prepare leadership meeting materials.
Reporting and analytics: build dashboards and KPIs (e.g., in Excel), consolidate status updates, and support performance reviews.
Standards and governance: help develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and project management methods across functions.
Workshop and change support: assist with planning and documenting Kaizen events, training sessions, and communications.
Process improvement: support process mapping, opportunity identification, and small improvement initiatives.
Internal Team operations: take minutes, manage SharePoint/knowledge repositories, create team sites, schedule and facilitate team meetings, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Your profile
You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., business, engineering, industrial engineering, operations/production, economics, data/analytics, pharma/biotech, or similar), at a Danish University
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured and detail-oriented with a bias for action.
Comfortable with data, slides, and communication:
Superuser in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Miro/Visio) is a plus.
Interest in operational excellence and project management; curiosity to learn Lean/Six Sigma and PMO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Danish is a plus.
Team player who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Reliability and integrity are a must.
Nice-to-have
Experience from a student consulting club, case competitions, or project-based coursework.
Prior internship/student role in consulting, operations, or pharma/biotech.
Basic familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo Model, or project management frameworks.
