Student Assistant for Analytical Method Development

About the department
We are a highly collaborative team that provides analytical support to both early-stage and late-stage development projects, as well as to external customers. Our work environment is dynamic and requires strong coordination across the team.
We are therefore looking for a Student Assistant who is communicative, flexible, positive, and service minded, and who enjoys contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Your Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in the Analytical Method Development team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Preparation of buffers and eluents
Preparation of analytical samples (e.g. desalting and concentration)
Ensuring reagents and buffers are prepared and available for analytical work
Supporting the team with laboratory-related tasks
You will work closely with other team members to ensure that the laboratory operates smoothly and that materials are prepared in time for analysis.
About you
We are looking for a candidate who:
Is enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g. Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar)
Has strong attention to detail
Has good written and spoken English skills
Works in a structured, accurate, and methodical manner
Is proactive, flexible, and solution oriented
Is comfortable working independently as well as in a team
Has some familiarity with laboratory equipment such as analytical balances and pH meters
The role requires a consistent weekly presence of 8 hours per week, typically as one full working day. We aim to provide flexibility during exam periods and vacations where possible.
