As a Student Assistant in BPO & Quality Support you will work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to both routine deliveries and initiatives that strengthen our processes.
You will get a unique introduction to working in a regulated production environment while gaining practical experience with data structuring and qualitative analyses.
The focus of this role is to support and assist in data and trending tasks and in our Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) program:
The role requires holistic understanding, extended flair for and interest in Excel and being able to deep-dive into data analysis.
The student job is up to 15 hours weekly with flexibility to plan your workdays to fit with your studies; preferably 2 full-time days a week; or min. 4-5h between 8am to 4pm twice a week.
The Department/Team:
You will be part of the Quality Assurance Support department, which is supporting the Hillerød site on a broad variety of different quality processes. The BPO & Quality Support team is responsible for several major quality processes used cross functional, as well as handling data for trending and APQR reporting. Educational Background
You could be on your bachelor within Pharmaceutical - Biotechnology Engineering/Sciences or similar study programs providing knowledge of pharma, biotech and/or quality related topics at Danish University.
You should have a natural interest and flair for working with data from/in different IT systems, be motivated by improving processes, be an experienced user of Microsoft Office and be open to learn new systems.
As FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is an international company, it is important for you to be able to communicate well in English both verbally and written.

You are a team-player and have a curious approach to tasks. You should be structured, self-motivating and capable of working independently after guidance from the team.
