We are looking for a motivated and talented Student Assistant to join our team at the Group’s Headquarters in Copenhagen.
As a Student Assistant, you will be working in close collaboration with the whole Group People & Culture function. You will support a wide range of tasks within people administration and people system (Workday) across the global organization as well as collaborate on initiatives that are a part of our yearly wheel.
As a Student Assistant within People Operations, you have a hands-on role where you are responsible for and work independently with various tasks within the team as well as in close collaboration with the other team members in People Operations, the Business Partners as well as the different Centers of Excellence within Group People & Culture.

As Student Assistant in People Operations, your focus will be on managing processes related to our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day system processes for the various teams. Your responsibilities will typically include:

As a Student Assistant within People Operations, you need to have a service-minded approach and put a great effort into going the extra mile for your team and the organisation. You must have an interest in helping and supporting colleagues with a wide range of requests.
You can work independently, have an eye for the details and an interest in finding pragmatic solutions to the challenges you are faced with. You are a team player and work as a trusted partner with the rest of the team.
You are preferably in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or studying for your master’s degree within the fields of Human Resources, Legal, Organisational Development or other relevant background and have ideally experience working with People operational tasks such as drafting contracts, updating People systems etc.
You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
You are motivated, curious in nature and eager to acquire knowledge in new areas. You have a structured and methodical approach to tasks and take a high degree of ownership, while also being able to work in a team setting. You thrive on finding intelligent and automated solutions and appreciate removing obstacles and impediments. You enjoy working in an international, cross-cultural environment and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
You have good communication skills and are fluent in English.
