Join our Customer Insights team in GN’s Hearing division and learn how data and customer insights shape real business decisions.

The team you will be part of:

You will join the Customer Insights team in GN’s Hearing division, where we work closely with global marketing and commercial stakeholders to bring the voice of customers into decision-making. We design and run quantitative and qualitative research with hearing care professionals and end-users, translate data into clear insights, and support strategic projects across the organization. You’ll join a compact, cooperative team that prizes inquisitiveness, clear structure, and a practical, results-focused mindset.

As our new Student Assistant, you will build practical experience with customer and market research in a global hearing-care context, working side by side with experienced insights professionals. You will have the chance to learn how we scope projects, work with survey data, and translate findings into recommendations that support our commercial strategy, all to help people living with hearing difficulties.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Support market research projects by helping prepare surveys and discussion guides, participating in internal briefing meetings, and coordinating practical tasks before and during fieldwork.

  • Handle online survey programming and basic data handling, including checking links, monitoring quotas, pulling data files, and preparing simple data overviews.

  • Contribute to insights reporting by preparing and checking slides in PowerPoint, structuring charts and tables, and helping summarize key findings clearly and compellingly.

  • Help update and maintain our contact databases and project documentation so that information is accurate, well-structured, and easy to use for the team.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, acting as a consistent and service-minded support to colleagues in marketing, commercial, and other teams.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying at bachelor's or early master's level within business, marketing, economics, social sciences, statistics, psychology, or a similar field.

  • Are comfortable working with numbers and data, and curious to learn more about survey-based research and analysis.

  • Communicate effectively across cultures

  • Work in a structured and organized way, pay attention to detail, and can manage several tasks at the same time.

  • Step forward with initiative, stay constructive, and pursue learning — you pose questions, accept accountability for your tasks, and follow them to completion.

  • Can write and speak in English at a business level.
