The Student Aid Coordinator 2 will oversee the certification and origination processes of all federal aid programs which includes resolving issues with certification. This position will also be responsible for processing the certification of Alternative Loan Programs and handling all adjustments via Workday system reports or per student requests. The position will also be responsible for the loading of incoming award teams via the Workday system as well as handle all other tasks/responsibilities per the request of the Financial Aid Office Director.
Job Responsibilities:

Loading of incoming Financial Aid Office EIB's
Oversee certification and origination of federal aid (loans and grants)
Resolve issues with federal aid (loans and grants)
Certifying Alternative Loans
Execute, analyzing and working system reports
Processing Change Forms
Perform calculations and resolve financial aid over awards
Reconciliation of federal loans and grants
Handling reductions due to resignation and/or walk-off
Troubleshoot on Disbursement Issues
May require working extra hours during peak time

Provide assistance to students with questions regarding their federal aid programs via phone, email, or office visit
All other tasks as assigned by the Financial Aid Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 2 or more years in Financial Aid Office
