Job Description
Mission:
- In charge of the development of vehicle structure performance.
- Organize the performance integration team to conduct the development activities and tasks on NEV strength and durability performance/attributes: performance targets setting, engineering enablers, structure simulation analysis, engineering solutions development and integration and performance validation.
- Establish technical specifications and design criteria to drive sub-system requirements to meet structure performance.
- Tracking vehicle durability validation and developing solutions for the validation issues.
- Evaluate technical development trends. Lead and develop the capability of the team for a sustainable competitive advantage.
Qualifications requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar or related field
- Rich experiences in NEV projects, in global projects preferred
- Geometry and Mesh Preparation: Proficiency in geometry and mesh preparation using tools such as: ANSYS, Hyperworks, ABAQUS, LSDYNA, NCODE.
- Model Setup and Analysis: Experience in model setup and analysis with tools like: ANSYS Abaqus
- Post-processing and Presentation: Ability to post-process data and create high-quality presentations of results.
- Material and Strength Knowledge: Familiarity with strength, fatigue, and durability properties, as well as materials, processes, and part standards
- Fluent English as the working language
- Being proactive, solution driven, forward thinking, good communication skills and teamwork
