About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Branch Operations Excellence Team supporting National Branch Network. The Strategy & Transformation Owner is responsible for shaping, simplifying, and continuously improving how branches operate day to day. This role partners closely with branch leaders, support functions, and enterprise stakeholders to translate strategy into practical processes, tools, and standards that enable frontline teams to focus on customers while operating efficiently, consistently, and with a risk mindset.
In this role, you will:
Own and drive the end‑to‑end delivery of branch operations transformation initiatives, from concept through implementation and sustainment.
Serve as a central point of accountability for transformation priorities impacting branch efficiency, performance, and risk outcomes.
Lead efforts to streamline complex processes, reduce errors, and eliminate unnecessary steps that create friction for branches.
Partner with technology and product teams to introduce advanced tools and digital solutions that enhance branch efficiency and effectiveness.
Support initiatives that improve branch performance management, accountability, and operational awareness.
Embed risk management and control considerations into process design, ensuring compliance while minimizing residual risk.
Develop clear tools, communications, and training materials that enable successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to branch stakeholders, incorporating frontline feedback into continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
6+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
Project management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in management or leadership roles
Experience partnering with technology teams, with knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, solution design and driving roadmaps
Program management, operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives experience
Ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders and partners at multiple levels across the enterprise
Experience building executive‑ready presentations and effectively present to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Experience in operational risk management and control frameworks
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar frameworks
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00Benefits
