What you will be doing:
As a Strategy & Transformation Analyst for Premier’s Continuum of Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). This team is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation through strategic initiative portfolio management, KPI development and monitoring, and the integration of artificial intelligence into daily workflows to further our culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support the deployment of high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, member value, and organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1: Strategic Initiative Support & Portfolio Management– 25%
Partner with initiative owners to define scope, success metrics, and implementation plans.
Maintain and continuously improve the initiative portfolio dashboard, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
Conduct impact assessments and ROI analyses to support prioritization and resource allocation.
Responsibility #2: KPI Reporting & Monitoring – 35%
Collaborate with stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
Build and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards to track performance across initiatives.
Analyze trends and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibility #3: AI Integration & Enablement– 30%
Support the rollout of AI tools and capabilities across the transformation team and broader organization.
Identify use cases for AI that enhance productivity, decision-making, and member outcomes.
Partner with data science and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions.
Responsibility #4: Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication – 10%
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align on goals
Prepare and deliver presentations on communication progress, findings, and recommendations
Act as a partner to initiative leads, helping translate strategy to execution
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Strong analytics skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of process improvement technologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Experience with AI tools and technologies a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience:
3-5 years of process improvement, quality improvement, business analysis, strategy, or transformation roles
Education:
Bachelor’s Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Economics, Business; master’s degree preferred
