PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Strategy& Trainee (m/f/d) for 6 months. What if it was you?

Are you ready to launch your career in strategy consulting and work on high-impact topics such as data & AI strategy, go-to-market strategies, growth and strategic positioning, development finance, sustainable finance and defence?

Join PwC Luxembourg as a Strategy& Trainee and be part of a team supporting leading clients on their most critical strategic challenges. You’ll contribute to real projects, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and gain exposure to how strategic recommendations are built and delivered.

Your role

• Transform data into strategic insights: Conduct research and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to support client engagements

• Support problem structuring: Assist consultants in breaking down complex business challenges and developing actionable recommendations

• Create impactful deliverables: Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports and client materials

• Contribute to strategic projects: Support work across topics such as growth strategy, market entry and transformation initiatives

• Engage in team collaboration: Participate in internal discussions, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Support business development: Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and strategic proposals

Your profile

We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow, learn, and contribute. You don’t need to meet every requirement; we encourage you to apply if you’re excited about the role.

Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering or a related field

Experience: A first experience in consulting, research or analytical roles is a plus

Timeline: Available for a 6-month internship, with a flexible start date

Mindset: Curious, analytical and eager to learn, with a strong interest in strategy consulting

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to structure information and communicate clearly

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Languages: Fluency in English required; French, German or Luxembourgish is a strong asset
