Our new Strategic Project Manager DCX, reports directly to the Chief of Staff. This role is responsible for leading the comprehensive delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives that drive the DCX vision and strategy forward.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of single strategic initiatives that advance the business unit’s vision and strategy—owning scope, outcomes, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery quality from kick-off through launch and adoption.
Translate strategy into executable plans by defining clear objectives, success measures, and delivery roadmaps; establish governance (cadence, decision forums, risks/issues/dependencies) and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Tech, Commercial, Operations, and business stakeholders—driving clarity on roles, handoffs, and deliverables; proactively removing blockers and escalating decisions as needed.
Drive stakeholder management and executive communications—producing concise status updates, decision briefs, and readouts; facilitating workshops/steering discussions; and ensuring leadership has transparent visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Own change and communications management for initiatives, including developing and running team communications (narratives, updates, town halls/newsletters/tooling), supporting adoption plans, and embedding changes into “business as usual.”
Measure outcomes and benefits realization post-delivery, validating results against OKRs, capturing lessons learned, and recommending follow-on actions to sustain and scale impact.
What you bring (Qualifications)
4–7 years of experience delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., strategy execution, transformation, PMO, or internal consulting), with ownership from definition through implementation.
Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end delivery: planning, governance, dependency management, risk/issue management, and executive-ready reporting.
Strong track record operating effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.

Experience working with digital product development teams using client centric and agile ways of working.
