What you’ll do
Join the Strategy & Planning team to drive strategic alignment and unlock business impact across Doctolib France. You will play a pivotal role in supporting executive decision-making by providing 360° business intelligence, orchestrating strategic planning cycles, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on key business priorities.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Orchestrate strategic planning cycles (annual, quarterly, monthly) by structuring, coordinating and synthesizing inputs from diverse stakeholders to ensure everyone moves in the same direction
- Own 360° business reporting and analysis (GET, OS Strategy, monthly FR reviews, OKRs) to provide actionable insights that inform executive decision-making
- Analyze business performance across key metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership
- Prepare executive materials and business reviews for some FR leadership and ExCo meetings, synthesizing complex information into clear strategic narratives
- Ensure strategic alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance on business priorities and cross-team dependencies, acting as a connector and trusted partner for stakeholders
- Drive alignment on cross-team initiatives by clarifying priorities, anticipating challenges, and supporting strategic project execution
- Contribute to strengthening strategic planning capabilities and decision-making frameworks within the organization

- Have 3-5 years’ experience in business operations, strategy, consulting or project management
- Have strong analytical and business acumen; ability to synthesize complex business data, identify patterns, and formulate clearly strategic recommendations. Experience with business performance analysis and familiarity with key business metrics (revenue, P&L fundamentals, operational KPIs)
- Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling executive narratives and present insights to senior leadership
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of leading transversal initiatives
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and driving alignment in a fast-paced environment

"Day-to-day / What you'll work on"
Not the exhaustive list, only some examples
- Strategic planning cycles: coordinate quarterly and annual planning (mainly OKR & budget), synthesize inputs from multiple teams, prepare related materials for business reviews, team All hands, offsites
- Business intelligence: analyze performance data, create dashboards and reports, identify trends and anomalies, formulate recommendations
- Executive support: prepare briefings for FR leaders, develop strategic presentations (ex: ExCo & Board meetings, etc.), conduct ad-hoc analyses (ex: resource allocation and evolution, etc.)
- Strategic projects: support cross-functional initiatives (e.g. creation of the FR Growth Engine Transformation dashboard, preparation of the annual NPS target review, etc.), identify blockers and ensure alignment
- Stakeholder management: interface regularly with leaders from Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and Product to gather insights and ensure coordination
Success in 6-12 months
- You own the end-to-end preparation of at least one major strategic planning cycle (e.g., quarterly business reviews, OS Strategy) with positive feedback from your stakeholders
- You have delivered at least 2-3 high-impact strategic analyses that directly influenced executive decisions (e.g., resource allocation, strategic pivots, market opportunities)
- You are recognized as a go-to partner for strategic planning and cross-team initiatives
- You have built strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and Product teams
- You have established efficient reporting routines that save FR leaders time and provide actionable visibility
- You have successfully supported at least one major cross-functional strategic initiative from scoping to delivery
