About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to partner closely with Snorkel’s Delivery organization within our rapidly scaling Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Delivery oversees three core teams and is responsible for executing every project across DaaS. This role will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of Delivery, ensuring the organization runs on time, operates with rigor, and scales efficiently as complexity grows.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, own core operating rhythms, and ensure that OKRs, planning cycles, and execution tracking are aligned and progressing. While you will be deeply embedded in Delivery, you will sit within a centralized Strategy & Operations team reporting into the GM of DaaS, enabling both business-wide visibility and operational consistency across functions.

This is a high-impact role suited for a strong operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to fast-moving environments, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner directly with the Head of Delivery to ensure operational clarity, execution rigor, and alignment across the three delivery teams
  • Own delivery-related OKRs, tracking, and reporting to ensure goals are clearly defined, measurable, and progressing
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Delivery, Supply, GTM, Innovation, Finance, and Engineering
  • Lead annual planning and quarterly business review inputs for Delivery
  • Identify execution risks early and proactively surface trade-offs to leadership
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured operating plans and measurable milestones
  • Step in to own ambiguous workstreams or problem areas and drive them end-to-end
  • Serve as a thought partner and executor to Delivery leadership and adjacent teams
  • Improve operational processes and create durable systems that reduce friction and increase throughput
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and day-to-day delivery execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles
  • Experience partnering closely with operational leaders in high-growth or complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver outcomes end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to inform decisions and track performance
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces
  • Proven track record of influencing without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization skills and bias toward action
  • Comfortable operating in imperfect systems while building scalable processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability

Bonus Points

  • Experience in services, marketplace, or data-driven businesses
  • Exposure to delivery, operations, or workforce-based execution models
  • Experience supporting planning cycles and executive reporting
