About The Role 🤔:
Immutable is scaling fast, and as we transition from high-growth startup to a commercial powerhouse, the complexity of the business is increasing. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead who can be deployed into the most critical challenges across the commercial organisation and act as a high-leverage operator to help us grow not just fast, but smart.
This is a rare opportunity to work across the entire commercial engine. You’ll jump into the highest priority problems across Business Development, Customer Growth, Partnerships, and Commercial Operations, and own the solution end-to-end. Whether the challenge is creating a new outbound sales motion, designing a land and expand program, or building the revenue engine that moves money through the business with speed and integrity, you’ll be the person who figures it out and operationalises it at scale.
You will partner closely with commercial leadership and gain exposure to the most consequential decisions in the business. The role is perfect for someone who is impatient for impact, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to build systems and processes that unlock measurable commercial outcomes.
