We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead, Enterprise to join our growing Enterprise team. This role is preferably located in New York City but open to candidates remote across the USA or in Canada (excluding Québec).

What your team does:

Enterprise is a newly established and fast-growing segment at Clio, designed to unlock our next phase of growth with large law firms and corporate legal teams. The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team functions as a foundational, high-impact group within this segment.

The team’s mandate is to lay the strategic and operational foundations required to build a market-winning Enterprise business, partnering closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and the broader Strategy & Operations organization. We help define where Enterprise should play, how it should win, and how it should scale—while establishing the operating rhythm, performance management, and decision frameworks needed to execute effectively.

Who you are:

As a Strategy & Operations Lead, Enterprise, you will own a defined set of initiatives and stakeholder relationships within the Enterprise segment. Your work will span near-term execution and longer-term strategy, including enterprise GTM foundations, annual and quarterly planning, OKR definition, performance tracking, and executive-level business reviews. You will bring structured thinking, analytical rigor, and an objective outside perspective to help leaders make better decisions, move faster, and course-correct as the business evolves.

You have excellent business acumen across all functional areas, enjoy a love for problem solving in collaboration with others, and possess an innate curiosity and excitement in navigating ambiguity. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable forming and sharing opinions, but with an open mind to shift thinking as new information comes to light. You’re looking to join a high impact, hard working team that will undoubtedly grow you professionally.

What you’ll work on:

  • Drive Enterprise performance management and operating cadence, supporting business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), defining success metrics, building dashboards, and synthesizing insights to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Identify and investigate performance gaps and growth constraints across the Enterprise funnel (e.g., pipeline health, tier-1 accounts, GTM execution), partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to design and implement targeted interventions.
  • Support Enterprise GTM strategy and segmentation, including customer and account analysis, vertical prioritization (e.g., insurance, financial services, tech), ICP definition, value propositions, and foundational GTM motions.
  • Lead analytical and strategic work on growth opportunities, such as market sizing, competitive and industry analysis, pricing and packaging considerations, and financial modeling to support investment and resourcing decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, synthesizing inputs from multiple teams into clear recommendations, business cases, and execution plans that balance speed, rigor, and scalability.
  • Support international and expansion assessments, helping evaluate current market performance, identify risks and opportunities, and inform go-forward plans for existing and new Enterprise markets.
  • Operate as an embedded strategic partner to Enterprise leadership, combining analytical depth with strong execution skills to help move initiatives from insight to action.

What you may have:

  • 4-6 years work experience in a relevant field (e.g. strategy & operations, product strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business development)
  • Experience with market sizing, competitive landscaping and financial modeling
  • Strong focus on strategic thinking and analytical problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented
  • Understanding for how to measure and evaluate performance across all business functions
  • Strong ability to query, analyze, and synthesize insights using a variety of dataset
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • MBA
  • BizOps experience in a scaling-stage tech company
