The Global Strategy Execution Administrator role supports the implementation of Pluxee’s strategy by enabling strong execution standards, effective use of tools and data, and consistent practices across countries.
Positioned within the Strategy & Execution department, the role contributes to execution excellence by supporting governance, tools adoption, data-driven monitoring and enablement across global and local teams.
The objective is to:
Support strategy execution efficiency through robust governance, tools and standards
Enable countries through training, support and knowledge management
Leverage automation, analytics and embedded AI capabilities in Project Management tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
Ensure optimal usage of Salesforce licenses and execution tools, aligned with contracts and business needs

The role works in close collaboration with IT and business teams, notably Sales Enablement & Performance.
Act as super-administrator of the global Project Management tool (currently Monday.com)
Manage user access rights in line with governance rules
Support harmonisation of boards, workflows and dashboards
Develop and maintain execution dashboards and KPIs for global visibility
Support integrations with other tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
Implement automations, templates and smart workflows to improve execution efficiency
Provide level-1 support and guidance to users in HQ and countries
Contribute to the evolution roadmap of execution and PM tools
Support the definition, maintenance and adoption of project, programme and execution standards aligned with Strategy & Execution frameworks
Ensure consistency in:
Naming conventions
Initiative and project structures
Portfolio views and execution reporting
Update of the different requirements by sending reminder, chasing stakeholders and checking the quality of the data shared before it is reviewed by the Portfolio Manager
Contribute to continuous improvement of execution processes across HQ and countries
Document all improvements
Use reporting, analytics and AI-assisted capabilities embedded in tools to support prioritization and monitoring
Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials and sessions for Project Management tool users and key users in countries
Support onboarding of new users and administrators
Encourage consistent, value-driven usage of tools aligned with execution and growth objectives
Maintain and continuously improve knowledge repositories related to:
Strategy execution and portfolio practices
Project Management tools
Evolve Knowledge Management practices from static documentation to dynamic, insight-driven knowledge enablement, inspired by how Knowledge Management roles in consulting, IT service management and customer support have been transformed by AI
Ensure documentation is:
Structured, standardised and up to date
Designed for reuse, discoverability and self-service, not only for storage
Optimised for AI-powered search, summarisation and contextual recommendations
Leverage AI-enabled capabilities (where available in enterprise tools) to:
Improve search relevance and reduce time spent looking for information
Generate concise summaries, onboarding guides and FAQs from existing content
Identify redundant, outdated or low-value content and support continuous clean-up
Act as a facilitator of collective knowledge, ensuring that insights from countries, projects and tools usage are captured and made accessible at scale
Facilitate and support communities of practice by:
Sharing best practices and execution insights
Contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions
Promoting efficient, AI-supported knowledge consumption rather than manual documentation effort
Ensure governance, usage optimisation and enablement of Salesforce licenses
Act as a global coordination point for Salesforce licence governance across countries to maintain accurate tracking of:
Licences by country, user type and business role
Price per license per country
Ensure licence allocation & usage effectiveness, in particular ahead of business review with the provider
Monitor and support the licence business process (including compliance with SLA)
Ensure continuous improvement of process and workflow
Coordinate closely with IT, Group Vendor Management, Country Salesforce administrators and Sales Enablement teams to ensure control of Salesforce licenses cost and smooth execution of governance
Support development of dashboards and reports on Salesforce licenses in collaboration with Group IT team
3+ years of experience in tools administration, PMO support, business operations or similar roles
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and strong capability to build, manipulate and maintain Power BI dashboards
Initial exposure to CRM administration or Salesforce environments is a strong plus
Interest in strategy execution, PMO, business performance and sales enablement topics
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with dashboards and data
Structured, organised and detail-oriented approach
Ability to work in a global, multi-country environment
Proactive learner, willing to grow into broader execution, PMO or enablement roles
Fluent in English; French, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus
This preferred position is HQ, Issy les Moulineaux but can be opened to other Pluxee locations, in Europe
