The Opportunity
As part of the Deals team you will lead end-to-end working capital value creation engagements, optimizing clients' liquidity and operational performance. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams, cultivating meaningful client relationships and driving strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance client success.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational finance roles
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
- Certification(s) preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Lean/Six Sigma
- Leading complex engagements across the deal lifecycle
- Guiding teams through analysis and strategic recommendations
- Managing client relationships and tracking progress
- Designing actionable improvement strategies for clients
- Building team capabilities and thought leadership
- Monitoring industry trends affecting working capital management
- Supporting business development and proposal initiatives

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
