The Opportunity
As part of the Deals Strategy team you advise Private Equity investors in SaaS & software businesses. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You help clients unlock growth opportunities through software & technology due diligence, post-deal growth planning, and leading transformational initiatives to improve technical scalability, performance, and growth.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
