Hiring: Strategy and Organization Consultant 


I’m Roman Dlir, Head of Telia Global Services Lithuania, and I’m seeking a Strategy and Organization Consultant to join me in advancing our nearshoring strategy and positioning the organization as a value driver for the Telia Group. 

In this role, you will leverage your strategic competencies, business operational model knowledge, and project management skills to influence high-impact decisions and drive transformative business development. This position is based in Vilnius and may include travel. 
 

What you’ll do: 

 Identify and evaluate opportunities for business development, efficiency, and value creation across the organization. 
• Analyze the business operational model, market trends, and internal data to uncover improvement areas and strategic potential. 
• Translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations and business cases for senior stakeholders. 
• Shape and influence business development initiatives aligned with Telia’s strategy and nearshoring ambitions. 

•Manage nearshoring transfer projects and ensure expected deadlines are met. 

• Define and track KPIs to measure impact and ensure value realization. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Tech, Legal, and Operations to validate opportunities and drive informed decision-making. 
• Work closely with IT and other enabling functions to ensure ideas are feasible and effectively implemented. 
• Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and bringing in external best practices.

The suitable candidate is a strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about driving business transformation. 

• Solid experience in business strategy, business development, and change management/nearshoring. 
• Proven experience in large-scale project management within an international organization. 
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business analytics and data-driven decision-making. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and build strong relationships. 
• People-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and lead change. 
• Background in Finance, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 4160–5200 EUR (gross) plus annual bonus, depending on your competencies and results.
