As the Strategy and Ops Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence across the organization. You will lead high-impact work streams that leverage AI and data to automate workflows, optimize capacity, and scale our impact. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic project ownership with the mentorship of a high-performing team.
