Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Operations Associate to partner with operations teams across multiple litigations on behalf of the Case Control Center (CCC). This role offers direct exposure to decision-making and strategic planning as you’ll work closely with senior leadership—including the Chief Call Center Officer—to identify challenges, streamline processes, and implement strategic initiatives that support our CCC. This position offers exposure to decision-making at the highest level and the opportunity to influence how we deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.
