Within the Group HR Strategy team, you will be surrounded by strong, well‑rounded professionals from world‑leading firms—including top‑tier consulting companies—who are trained and committed to helping you thrive as a professional.

For example, an HR Strategy Analyst may work on one or more of the following:

    • Provide coordination and execution support to other Group HR, Communications, and ESG teams (including Talent & Learning, Compensation & Benefits, and ESG) on cross‑functional projects.
    • Create strategies, action plans, and roadmaps to drive transformation forward while ensuring that relevant stakeholders and senior leaders are engaged as needed.

This includes collaboration on advanced analytics and AI initiatives and on the development of internal HR copilots and automation tools
  • Support our Chief Human Resources, Communications, and ESG Officer on other relevant activities, such as Board and Management Team presentations, Global Connects, and business support.

You will have the opportunity to play both a strategic and an operational role—with full project ownership and accountability.

This is a full‑time position based in Madrid, following a hybrid work model: two days per week of remote work and two weeks per year working from anywhere you choose.

What we offer:

  • An international, multicultural environment with top talent from world‑leading consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
  • A role that is both strategic and operational, offering project ownership, critical responsibilities, and accountability.
  • Opportunities to grow and develop quickly and across functions, depending on your experience, skills, performance, and ambitions.
  • Exposure to cutting‑edge AI initiatives across HR and the opportunity to help shape how Artificial Intelligence transforms our global people processes.
  • Global‑scale projects in collaboration with international teams across the organization.
  • A dynamic and enjoyable working environment.
  • An innovative role where you will be encouraged to learn from experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • A real opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to lasting change.
  • Lunch provided on‑site with diverse and healthy food options.
