The Strategy Advancement Senior Professional designs and implements initiatives that optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery across aligned area(s), or the organization. The Senior Clinical Operations Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will report to the Director, Clinic Operations Strategy.

The Strategy Advancement Senior Professional identifies strategic improvement opportunities, establishes operational priorities, and develops standardized processes and practices to support clinical operational effectiveness. Aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in operations and service. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on moderating complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works with high autonomy, uses judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

The Strategy Advancement Senior Professional will:

  • Engage in an ambiguous problem solving and strategy setting
  • Use data and insight from experts to identify the greatest opportunities
  • Support cross-functional efforts to define discrete opportunities that are both impactful and achievable
  • Work directly with cross-functional partners across the enterprise to create the execution model and roadmap to capture prioritized opportunities


Use your skills to make an impact
 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuous improvement
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in finance, private equity, and/or management consulting experience
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and conducting ROI analysis Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
