Job Purpose:
This position works primarily with executive leaders and project teams on highly complex projects or efforts with significant people change management needs. Additionally, this role supports enterprise projects with longer timelines or a highly rapid pace with greater risk. Provides strategic communications counsel and support towards the achievement of enterprise goals and objectives. Communication support includes the development of communication strategies and tactical plans designed to inform, engage and influence action; and may include the project management of internal and external communications consultants, agencies and resources. Additionally, this role will measure progress and success of the communication strategy and pivot or adjust direction as needed. Sequences and develops the calendar of internal and external communication events. This position serves as key communication liaison to essential internal and external marketing and communication functions and provides advice with regards to communication planning and strategy. Works independently, with guidance required in only the most complex situations. Develops rapport and adapts quickly to new situations. May lead functional teams or projects.

Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $156,300.00
