The Supply Chain Professional is responsible for strategic sourcing management across varied commodities system wide.

•3 years of relatable job experience required: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales or Recruitment preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Designs and implements strategies to capture and sustain purchasing savings in specific spend categories.
•Conducts internal and external workshops to generate and verify savings.
•Analyzes the total cost of ownership (TCO) for savings reduction opportunities.
•Gathers benchmarking data to highlight opportunities.
•Utilizes case volume to estimate utilization.
•Verifies spend data with natural owners to create buy-in.
•Leads sourcing teams, involves stakeholder groups.
•Identifies best practices for developing executable implementation plans.
•Provides structure and framework for developing category contracts.
•Develops, plans, organizes, and executes strategic sourcing events in varied product categories across RGHS.
•Keen ability to anticipate issues; recommend solutions.
•Demonstrated experience interacting with physicians, senior management, and principle stakeholders.
•Manages the development of project deliverables.
•Develops key performance indicators.
•Monitors cost reduction initiatives.
•Ensures continual contract optimization.
•Develops and execute Supply Chain strategy.
•Develops and reports on projects status, timelines, compliance, and results.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
