The Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and governance of sourcing strategies across assigned indirect spend categories (e.g., IT, professional services, facilities, marketing, HR services, MRO, and corporate services). Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, this role drives best-in-class sourcing practices, supplier performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, and negotiating complex service agreements. The individual will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, and experience managing supplier relationships within indirect categories. As a subject matter expert (SME), the incumbent will provide guidance on sourcing best practices, contract strategy, supplier governance, and cost optimization initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Five to seven (5–7) years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, with specific experience in indirect spend categories and supplier negotiations. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives required.
Travel: 10–15%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
