Are you passionate about the thrill of the hunt when it comes to finding exceptional talent? Do you excel at identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier passive candidates? If so, we want you on our team!  We’re looking for a Strategic Sourcing partner to join our fast-paced, innovative, and high performing Talent Acquisition organization. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving our talent sourcing strategy for senior level leaders – partnering across HR and senior business leaders to deliver outstanding talent for critical roles across multiple Raytheon locations.

What You Will Do:

  • Support strategic internal and external sourcing for key roles in support of current needs and pipeline development.
  • Proactively engage with external candidates based on critical near and far-horizon business priorities
  • Collaborate directly with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Senior Executives, and RTX’s Global Executive Recruiting team to providing insight into business needs and partner on high impact searches for key roles.
  • Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract candidates for Department of War cleared roles.
  • Lead recruiting/sourcing efforts from start to finish, to include high-touch candidate care and the ability to engage with senior executives
  • Accountable for ensuring sourced candidates are effectively transitioned through the recruitment process – from initial candidate engagement to offer acceptance – by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leaders.
  • Partner to identify and create mitigation strategies for cultural barriers to external/cross business talent infusion, allowing meaningful progress in placing talent into roles
  • Develop reporting and brief RTX executives on hiring needs, candidate qualifications, market analysis, and search challenges.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.
  • Experience working with both ATS and CRM systems.
  • Sourcing experience in Aerospace, Defense, or National Security market (competitive landscape, new entrants, military/government customers).
  • Experience in executive recruiting or with senior level hires

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates with a variety of niche skills.
  • Experience with Workday (ATS) and Yello (CRM)
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to actively represent RTX in the market
  • Ability to network internally, and to develop key relationships with critical stakeholders
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with candidates and leaders about role requirements, company culture, and the overall hiring process.
  • Must be a collaborative team player who builds strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and cross-functional teams to achieve hiring goals.
  • Work independently
