The Opportunity
This is a temporary position for a duration of 12 months.

As the Strategic Resource Associate, supporting the Strategic Resource Manager (SRM), Chief Sales Officer, our Production team, and our Account teams, you would provide sales support, managing CRM data and reporting, coordinating marketing initiatives, and developing professional sales materials.
What You’ll Bring to Our Team
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in a corporate coordination, sales support, marketing, or administrative role.
Experience supporting sales teams or marketing initiatives considered an asset.
Insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience in creating professional sales and marketing materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proactive problem solver with strong analytical ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A Day in the Life
Sales Enablement & Producer Support
Act as a power user for MS Dynamics CRM (CORE), including troubleshooting, best practices, and assisting with onboarding and training for producers.
Support of sales tools and resources used by producers and account teams.
Create and execute email campaigns and communications through MS Dynamics 365.
Support producers with prospect list development, data validation, and campaign tracking to support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
Support preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
Assist with lead tracking and follow-up from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and web inquiries.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of sales pipeline data within CRM systems.
Sales & Marketing Content Development
Create, edit, and maintain sales and marketing materials including sell sheets, brochures, proposal templates, presentations, and other branded documents.
Ensure all materials align with HUB brand standards and messaging.
Collaborate with Strategic Resource Managers and Field Marketing teams on regional initiatives.
Meetings, Events & Sales Initiatives
Assist with organization and coordination of sales meetings, training sessions, and regional events.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports for monthly sales meetings.
Assist with planning and logistics for sales conferences, training sessions, and trade shows.
Support special projects and sales initiatives such as contests, campaigns, and regional programs.
Salary Expectations –
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
