Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Own the partner relationship end‑to‑end, leading onboarding through long‑term success and acting as the trusted strategic advisor guiding operational excellence and growth.

  • Run partner operations with precision, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day delivery, proactive issue management, and continually improving processes, controls, and SOPs.

  • Champion the partner’s voice across the organization, driving alignment with Product, Tech, Compliance, and other teams to deliver the right priorities at the right time.

  • Turn insights into action, analyzing data, trends, and feedback to remove friction, elevate experiences, and push scalable improvements across the business.

  • Fuel performance and strategic growth, defining KPIs, delivering executive‑ready reporting, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, margins, and partner satisfaction.

  • Enable future expansion, ensuring operational readiness for new initiatives, product enhancements, and evolving regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

  • Abilities: Demonstrated experience managing complex, strategic partner relationships in a SaaS, fintech, or healthcare-related environment.

  • Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in partner operations, account management, customer success, or operational leadership.

  • Education: BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.


Position Compensation Range:

$104,300.00 - $177,800.00
