Job Purpose
The Strategic Project & Transformation Project Manager – NCIM is accountable for the end-to-end planning, governance, and operational delivery of a global site payment tool (NCIM). The role ensures effective orchestration of GCO cross-functional inputs across Clinical, Finance, and IT, enabling standardized, compliant, and transparent clinical site invoice management globally.
Role Description
Supports the Strategic Project & Transformation Head by owning assigned global transformation initiatives within SSO. Reviews, manages, proactively challenges, and controls project status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Key Accountabilities
1. Own end-to-end project management for NCIM implementation activities.
2. Lead global orchestration of SSO and cross-functional inputs across project phases.
3. Drive NCIM as a strategic transformation initiative supporting standardization and digitization.
4. Manage multi-country phased rollouts with parallel BAU operations.
5. Apply proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies.
6. Coordinate closely with IT, Clinical, and Finance stakeholders.
7. Drive change management, training readiness, and user adoption strategies.
8. Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and executive updates.
9. Support continuous improvement and system enhancements.
10. Act as a strategic partner to SSO leadership.

Qualifications
• Advanced degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience. • Strong project management experience within healthcare or life sciences environments. Solid understanding of clinical development data ecosystems, including tools such as EDC and CTMS. Experience with site payments highly desirable.
