Develop and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes for FST products
Independently manage cross-functional strategic projects to support long-term business goals and innovation initiatives
Collaborate closely with product development, production/process engineering, and quality assurance teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement process
Provide technical support, conduct employee training, and ensure knowledge transfer within the team
Completed technical degree or respective experience
Extensive knowledge of elastomer manufacturing technology, process parameters, and forming machines including operation, as well as proficiency in the document management system FileNet
Independent and responsible working style with strong project management skills
Communicative team player with a willingness for continuous learning and development
Willingness to travel to fulfill the mentioned tasks (approximately 30%)
