Department Overview

Customer Excellence supports Sales through customer focused enablement. The team drives opportunity conversion, supports commercial execution, and improves sales effectiveness through process, tools, technology, and content. The Proposal and Customer Assessment team qualifies and responds to RFX, proposals, and client questionnaires across global markets. The team supports revenue generation by producing accurate and competitive submissions that align with client requirements and growth targets.

Role Focus

This role identifies new revenue opportunities through active lead sourcing across commercial, public sector, and government procurement channels. You will monitor contract portals, tender boards, bid platforms, and government procurement sites across EMEA and other regions. You will work with sales and bid teams to qualify opportunities and convert them into pipeline for the Market Intelligence division.

Position Summary

• Identify new commercial and government procurement opportunities in EMEA and other regions
• Monitor tender portals, grant listings, federal contracting sites, and public solicitation platforms
• Screen RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders for relevance, scope fit, contract value, and product alignment
• Maintain a pipeline of sourced bid opportunities and share weekly reporting with sales leadership
• Lead and manage end to end bid cycles from qualification through submission and post award updates
• Work with sales, sector leads, and product teams to define win themes and competitive value messaging
• Coordinate proposal development, content development, pricing alignment, and approval workflows
• Prepare all supporting documentation including technical content, schedules, pricing, terms, and evidence
• Manage timelines, checkpoints, stakeholder communications, and submission requirements
• Support post submission activity, debriefs, and lessons learned reviews
• Track metrics such as volume sourced, qualification rate, win rate, and revenue impact
• Assist in maintaining central content libraries, knowledge repositories, and response tooling

Lead Generation and Sourcing Expectations

• Proven experience sourcing bids through global procurement sites
• Strong working knowledge of government portals across EMEA such as TED, UK Contracts Finder, OJEU archives, eTenders Ireland, Middle East procurement boards, African Union tender platforms, and equivalent national portals
• Experience with international public sector sourcing portals in APAC and the Americas is valued
• Ability to identify market adjacencies and emerging procurement needs where Market Intelligence solutions align
• Ability to qualify opportunities quickly using scope fit, contract thresholds, competitive landscape, and delivery requirements

Education and Experience

• 5 to 7 years experience in proposal management or public procurement sourcing
• Strong understanding of financial markets, data products, and enterprise technology solutions
• Skilled in cross functional project coordination and deadline driven delivery
• Market research, competitor intelligence, and opportunity sizing experience
• Experience sourcing government contracts through intelligence tools or procurement systems
• Familiarity with Loopio, RFPIO, Qvidian, Salesforce, and sourcing intelligence platforms
