Do you want to play a key role in shaping and executing the HR Strategy at NN Group? Join our HR Strategy and Change team as Strategic Programme Manager, where you'll lead the strategic HR portfolio and (one or some) programme(s) that span across business lines. We're looking for someone who can establish portfolio management and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and support our business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and develop data-driven HR strategies
Lead the delivery of complex HR programmes across multiple countries within the organisation
Manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams
Oversee the strategic HR project portfolio through monthly reporting and strengthen steering for effective strategy execution

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrable experience in delivering strategic programmes in complex stakeholder contexts
Strong conceptual, strategic, and analytical skills
Excellent consulting skills, preferably acquired at a consulting firm
Experience in project portfolio management and reporting to senior management to enhance strategy realisation
Proficient in writing project documents such as proposals, plans, and decision documents
Fluent in both English and Dutch
Who you will work with
As Strategic Programme Manager at NN Group, you will be an integral part of the HR Strategy & Change team, reporting directly to the Management Board. Together with your Strategy & Change colleagues, you will define, implement, and communicate the HR Strategy to internal stakeholders. This includes managing major multi-country strategic initiatives and leading key HR programmes, supported by the team’s expertise in change management and communications.
While autonomy is encouraged in handling individual topics, the team fosters a collaborative culture by sharing insights and learnings. Beyond your immediate team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and other teams within Group HR to achieve strategic objectives.
