We are seeking a talented and motivated program manager to join our team focused on advancing AI awareness and adoption at Applied Materials. What You Will Do 

  • Collaborate closely with others on the team for the planning, proliferation, and adoption of strategic programs for AI awareness and skill-building across the enterprise.  

  • Design and implement an AI awareness program for leaders, including workshops, resources, and ongoing engagements.  

  • Engage the program community to drive AI adoption, best practices, and peer learning for the targeted audience.  

  • Proactively engage stakeholders to understand their needs and drive alignment on AI-related initiatives. 

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform program decisions and measure impact. 

  • Continuously assess and optimize workflows and processes to ensure the best experience for program participants. 

  • Track adoption metrics, summarize feedback, and prepare progress updates for leadership. 

  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration through community-building activities. 

  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of AI initiatives with broader organizational objectives. 

  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support program goals. 

What You Are Good At 

  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills. 

  • Deep listening and synthesizing critical issues into an action plan.  

  • Facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions for leaders and employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and active participation. 

  • Extracting insights from multiple data sources to make informed decisions. 

  • Staying organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholders. 

  • Driving outcomes with a proactive, creative, and adaptable approach. 

  • Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and analytics to inform decisions and optimize workflows. 

  • Demonstrated success guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting AI-powered tools and best practices.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
