We are now looking for a skilled and proactive Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for spare parts and modernization (MOD) solutions for escalators. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create offers for spare parts and upgrades for escalators based on customer requirements.
Manage and process ND and MOD orders from start to finish.
Register and continuously track delivery dates of ND and MOD orders.
Participate in the sales strategy development for escalator spare parts and MOD.
Communicate directly with customers, providing accurate information and professional support.
Collaborate closely with colleagues within and outside the CS department to ensure efficient workflows.
Ensure full compliance with internal processes and standards related to the position.
Contribute to the development of the factory’s annual plans.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Actively support problem‑solving activities in the workplace and use ACE tools to drive improvements.
Continuously develop your professional knowledge, participate in training activities, and expand expertise in line with the expectations of the role.

What We Expect

Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related technical/commercial field.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation (experience with elevator/escalator systems is an advantage, not a requirement).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with suppliers.
Proactive and independent approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong internal relationships.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
English skills at a minimum level of B1–B2, sufficient for daily written and spoken communication.
